If you wish to return a book for whatever reason, either incorrect, faulty, damaged, unwanted, you should in the first instance contact us at bspdirect@aol.com or use the Contact us page.
When returning books please package them adequately to ensure that they reach us without (further) damage. Please send the parcel to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number.
